9 Box Configuration

This screen contains a 9 Box Grid to be configured by the user.

  • No prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Each box in the grid has a default colour and contains a colour picker so the user can select their preferred colour.
  • Each box can be renamed and has the limit of up to 25 characters.
  • The default title of the X and Y axes can be changed within the limit of maximum 40 characters.
    • 1A, 2B, 3C, etc. show where an employee is located in the grid when their performance and potential is mapped.

      If the employee's Performance Rating has been mapped to B and the Potential Rating has been mapped to 2, then the employee's name will appear in 2B box when looking at the grid.

    • Names and the mapping will not appear on the Configuration screen.

Field Information

Enter the title for the X-Axis/ Performance Rating.

Enter the title for the Y-Axis/ Potential Rating.
