Maintain Users Payrun Environment

This window is used to allow a Systems Administration to change a user's Payrun Environment.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Any number of Preceda users can work in a single Payrun Environment at a time.
  • Each Preceda user can only access a single Payrun Environment at a time.
  • If a user is changed to a different Payrun Environment using this window, the user remains attached to the changed environment even if they log off and on again.

Field Information

This refers to the username of the user whose Payrun Environment is to be changed.

This refers to the environment that the user is be allocated to.
