Hours Code Filters

This window defines which Hours Type codes are to be displayed in Self Service and in the Hours Code field in the Time sheets window.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Hours Code Filters are used when defining Templates.

  • If no filter ID is defined and applied in a template, all the Hours Codes setup in the Hours Type Codes window are automatically displayed.

  • If adding an Hours Code it must be manually included in the filter.
  • All Hours Types are displayed.

Field Information

Enter a code of up to 10 characters that represents the Filter.

This field displays the Hours Type code.

This field displays the description of the Hours Type code.

A new description can be entered to make the Hours Type codes more user friendly. The description entered is displayed in the Hours Code field located in the Self Service Claims window.

Specify if this Hours Code will be available in Self Service or not.
