Define Security Profiles

Define Security Profiles provides a mechanism where a user's access to employee information can be limited to a particular group of employees.  

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • You can add more rows on the Organisation Units and Costing Levels browse lists by clicking the More Rows button on the Toolbar. Once clicked, it will add five more rows. You can add as many selections as necessary.
  • If either of the browse lists (Organisation Units or Costing Levels) is populated, and an employee does not match any of the records in the browse list, then they will be excluded from the Security Profile.
