This window allows for the selection of Hours Types and or Allowance/Deductions to be included or excluded in the calculation of qualification for SGC.

  • Setup Program Control option PAY29 position 21
  • Setup Allowances/Deduction codes
  • Setup Hours Type code

Rules and Guidelines

  • Depending on the setting in Program Control option PAY29 the system will use the data entered into this window or into the SGC OTE window.

Field Information

Type or select if the calculation is to be based on an Hours Type or Allowance/Deduction code

Type or select either the Hours Type code or the Allowance/Deduction code based on the previous selection, to be included in the calculation

Type or select if the Hours Type or Allowance/Deduction code specified is to be included or excluded in the calculation
