Maintenance Audit Report
The Maintenance Audit Report is a series of reports listing details about employee maintenance performed through either batch maintenance or online maintenance functions. The reports include any changes made to Self Service users.

Rules and Guidelines
- Each report provides a before and after image of changes made to the employee records. It also provides the name of the operator responsible for the change and the date and time of the change.

The information reported is system generated; each time a change is made to the system the change is recorded.

These reports detail all maintenance performed on employee records for audit purposes; for fields which are available on the Field Numbers window.

For fields set on the Field Numbers window to "Extract History," these changes can also be viewed from the Maintenance History window.

Each time any of the print options are run, the audit report produced includes an extract sequence number. This indicates the order that the report was produced, and increments by one each time the print option is run. The extract sequence number is used for auditing purposes to ensure that a record of all Masterfiles and Self Service maintenance performed.
Print All Batch Changes |
Prints all Batch Employee maintenance changes made since the last time the Print and Reset Audit File option was run.

Print All Changes |
Prints all Online Employee maintenance changes made since the last time the Print and Reset Audit File option was run.

Print All Changes for All Operators |
Prints all changes made by all operators without resetting the Audit File.

Print and Reset Audit File |
Prints all changes for all operators and resets the Audit Trail file.

Print Last Batch Changes |
Prints any Employee Maintenance performed that has not previously been printed.

Print Latest Changes |
Prints any Employee Maintenance performed that has not previously been printed.
