Position Type

When defined, the Position Type is used for reporting purposes only. Preceda provides default Position Types of Full Time, Part Time and Casual.

Rules and Guidelines

• If the default Position Type is not used for reporting, this can be used for other purposes.
• Position Type details are not used in standard reports within Preceda; however, they can be used in various configured reports. A number of clients will establish position definitions with different Position Type values to track the movement of employees in these positions.
