E	1-2	Password Minimum Length in Preceda	A value from 00 to 10.
			(Note: This will not take effect if the system value QPWDMINLEN is greater than this value.) Example 08 - Password must be at least 8 characters long 00 - No minimum length (default value)
	3-4	Password must contain Digits in Preceda	A value from 00 to 10. Example 03 - must contain 3 digits 00 - no digits required (default value)
	5-6	Password warning in Preceda	A value from 00 to 99
			(Note: This will not take effect if the system value QPWDEXPITV or the User Profile Password Expiration Interval is *NOMAX) Example 03 - give warning 3 days before expiry 00 - no password warning is given (default value)
	7	When a user is setup on the Define Users window in Preceda, create a User Profile on the System.	Y - Create System User Profile when user is setup. N - Do not create User profile (default value)
