Maint Position Position Description Default Options/Value
  1 Enable/ Disable   Y = Integration Queue Processor will be enabled.
Blank (or not Y) = Integration Queue Processor will be deactivated (if already running) or remain inactive if not running.
  2 MyHRW Ticket Creation   Y = All Import files with any rejected records will auto-generate a MyHRW ticket with the Mapper Summary report and original import file attached.
Blank (or not Y) = No MyHRW Ticket is created.
  3 Integration Lock Status  

Y = Checking of Integration Lock status by Payrun Environment is enabled. Files will remain unprocessed in the Queue when status is set to Locked.

Blank (or not Y) = Checking of Integration Lock status is not enabled.
  4 - 8 Integration Queue Monitor Delay  

<Numeric value> = This is the job delay time (in seconds) between each cycle of the Integration Queue Monitor process.

Example: 1 minute = 60 seconds = 00060

  9-13 Process Queue Retention Period  

<Numeric value> = This is the number of days after which files in the IFS 'Process' Folder will be purged along with corresponding records from the I001 Process Queue File.

Note that this feature is optional.

  14-23 Job Name   <Job Name> = This is the job name for the Process Queue Monitor Job. This should identify the Client and environment (i.e. MON_CIMUAT for CIMIC UAT).
  24-33 Job Queue   <Job Queue> = This is the job queue where the Process Monitor will be submitted. This must be a valid job queue name.
  34-43 Job Queue Library   <Library Name> = This is the name of the library where the Job Queue is located.
  44-53 Job User Profile   <User Profile> = This is the User Profile that is used to run the actual process monitor. This must be a valid user profile. This needs to be defined as a Mapper User, and be authorised to the Mapper Imports used by the Client.
  54-63 MyHRW Service ID   <Service ID> = This is the service ID to be used when creating MyHRW Tickets. This needs to be provided by the MyHRW Co-ordinator.
  64-113 Monitor Email Address   <Email Address> = The email address where messages relating to IFS & Queue Monitors are delivered. This must be a valid email address or messages concerning the automatic re-start of the monitors will not be seen.
