Prevar - *EMAIL_OPTIONS

This controls the format in which emails are sent from Self Service.

Position	Position Description	Default	Options/Value
1	Email format for Self Service		A (Alternative) - Both text and HTML is sent - the receiving system determines how the email is displayed. Usually HTML.
			M (Mixed) - Text email with HTML document attached
			T (Text) or Blank - Text only

 

Note: The default setting of this Prevar was T until 30/09/2019. All new databases created from 1/10/2019 should now default to A.
