Prevar - *PAYSLIP_SUBFOLDER

*PAYSLIP_SUBFOLDER controls the location of the ZIP File containing the PDF Pay slip in the Preceda IFS.

Valid name of the Sub Folder found within *PEOPLE_DOWNLOAD location

21 - 30 User to be assigned ownership of the Pay slip file Valid Application User ID
  • Files are downloaded using the Preceda Connector or a Web-Service.
  • For Standard Generic option and both EuHReka options, the ZIP File will have the following naming convention applied:

    <Payrun Group Code>_<Payment Date>_<Process Run Date/Time.zip>

    As the Run Date and Time will be different each time a file is generated, the ZIP file will always have a unique name applied.

    Payrun Group Code = MGHW

    Payment Date = 17 March 2015

    Process Run at 2:55pm on 16 March 2015

    File name to apply = MGHW_20150317_201503161455.zip
