Codes used to store work patterns for employees are setup on this window.

Prerequisites

Rules and Guidelines

  • Work Pattern Codes must be established before the Work Pattern Details can be entered.
  • If Leave Accruals are based on Actual Hours Worked, the setup of this code can calculate the expected working hours between the current Accrued To Date of an employee's Leave Entitlements and the Projection Date provided on ESS Leave Application screen.

Field Information

This field displays a four-character code that represents the work pattern.

This field displays a description of the work pattern.

This field displays the date that this work pattern comes into effect.

This field displays the number of weeks in the work pattern cycle. The maximum number that can be entered is 52 to cover a full year.
