Rules and Guidelines

  • The Process Certification/Analysis Gap must be run for this window to display the correct and most recent information.
  • Once the employee is selected all certifications gaps are displayed.
  • A message at the top of the window displays the as at date and time:-
    Gaps as set at 05/03/20xx 15:48:57
    To get the latest information run the Process Certification Analysis/Gaps.

Field Information

The certification code

Indicates if the certification is derived from the Position or Employee

The priority as added to the certification code.

The date the certification was obtained.

The date the certification will expire.

The status of the Certification.
