Establishing Leave Accruals

The following tasks are involved in establishing Leave Accruals:

  • Setup a Leave Accrual Methods record for each different type of accrual (Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Long Service Leave and any of the user defined leave types);
  • Setup Average Hours records, only if relevant;
  • Review the Hours Types;
  • Link Hours Types;
  • Link Leave Accrual Methods to employees in the Leave Entitlements option; and
  • Link Average Hours to employees in the Average Hours Summary.
