Significant Dates
This window contains various dates stored against your records that appear on different windows.
Example:- Probation Due Date also appears on Other Contacts window. Hire Date also appears on Position window etc.
Field Information

Displays your Date of Birth as entered during the Hire Process. As a result, your age is calculated and displayed.
Your Date of Birth may be changed on the Personal Details window.

Displays the Date of your termination.

Displays your length of service, calculated from your hire date.

Displays the date of hire as a result of the Hire process, and represents the date you commenced employment.

The date you are due for review following completion of your probationary period.

Displays the start date of your employment period. This date is printed on the Payment Summary as the start date of the employment period, only if it is after the beginning of the current financial year.

If accruing leave for an adjusted service date, the service date must be indicated in the relevant Accrual Method.

Displays the last pay calculation date that included you.
Example:-
This could be the date of the last Payrun or, if you had been paid three weeks annual leave in advance, this would become the end date of your leave.

User Dates 2, 3 and 4 can be used in one of two ways:-
- In a similar way to the User Date 1 - Adjusted Service Date, as an alternative date to the hire date and can be used in leave accruals.
- As Reference dates for reporting purposes. e.g:-
- Late pay review date
- Next pay review date
- Retirement date etc..

User Dates 5, 6 and 7 is be used for reference and reporting purposes.

If you have been transferred this field will show the date your transfer became effective.

Are you on unpaid Leave?

The date you are expected to return from unpaid leave.
- This date is highlighted if the unpaid leave is set to Y.
